Refund policy

  • Returns, Exchanges & Refunds (VEVACE®)

    We kindly ask that you check and try on your items while the courier is still at your doorstep. If the item does not meet your expectations, you may return it immediately before the courier leaves.

    After the courier has left, we cannot accept returns or exchanges, and we cannot assume responsibility for any issues reported afterward.

    Exchanges

    • Exchanges are only possible during delivery (while the courier is present).

    • Exchanges after delivery are not guaranteed, especially if the requested size/color is out of stock.

    Refunds

    • Refunds are only issued in the case of a confirmed manufacturing defect.

    • If a defect is confirmed, VEVACE® will proceed with a refund or replacement based on the case.

    Size & Order Notes

    • Please review the Size Chart carefully before placing your order.

    • Ordering two sizes and choosing one is not allowed.

    • Our products are designed to be true to size — choose your regular size.
